MANILA – Pumalo na sa higit 10-milyong indibidwal ang naturukan ng bakuna laban sa coronavirus disease (COVID-19) sa Pilipinas.

Batay sa pinakabagong report ng National Task Force against COVID-19 at Department of Health, tinatayang 10,065,414 doses ng bakuna na ang naiturok ng pamahalaan.
Katumbas nito ang parehong bilang ng mga indibidwal na nabakunahan na laban sa COVID-19.
Mula rito, 7,538,128 na ang nabakunahan ng first dose. Habang 2,527,286 ang kumpleto na ng dalawang vaccine dose.
“The total doses administered in the 17th week of our national vaccination reached a record high of 1,658,072 doses.”
Mula sa 1,669,660 healthcare workers na naturukan ng unang dose, may 1,131,498 ng fully vaccinated.
Sa hanay naman ng senior citizens, may 672,602 nang nakatanggap ng second dose mula sa 2,288,221 na naturukan ng first dose.
Samantala, 710,846 na rin ang fully vaccinated mula sa 2,566,460 indibidwal na may comorbidity na nabigyan ng unang dose.
Mula naman 829,662 na manggagawang nabigyan ng first dose, nasa 12,340 ang naturukan ng second dose.
Habang 184,125 mula sa A5 o indigent population ang nabigyan na rin ng unang dose ng bakuna.
“The government is urging eligible populations belonging to priority groups A1 to A5 to register with their local government units, get vaccinated, and complete the required number of doses as scheduled.”
“Regardless of vaccination status, everyone is urged to continue practicing the minimum public health standards as you may still get infected with COVID-19 and infect other people.”
