MANILA – Aabot na sa 1,809,801 doses ng COVID-19 vaccines ang naiturok ng pamahalaan matapos ang halos dalawang buwan mula nang mag-umpisa ang vaccination rollout sa Pilipinas.

Batay sa datos ng Department of Health at National Task Force against COVID-19, ang 88% (1,562,815) ng alokasyong 1,780,400 doses ang naiturok bilang first dose.
Habang 14% o 246,986 ang naibahagi na bilang second dose.
“As of 27 April 2021, 3,415 vaccination sites are conducting COVID-19 vaccination in various sites in 17 regions.”
Sa ngayon nasa 3,525,600 na ang naitalang COVID-19 vaccine doses na hawak ng bansa.
Nadagdagan ito ng 500,000 doses matapos dumating ang shipment ng Sinovac vaccines na binili ng Pilipinas China.
“86% of the available doses have been distributed, equating to 3,025,600 out of 3,525,600.”
Nilinaw ng DOH at NTF na tanging mga healthcare workers, senior citizens, at populasyon ng may comorbidity o ibang sakit ang tinuturukan ngayon ng mga bakuna.
“The government urges the public to register with their LGUs to get vaccinated, when its their turn, in order to get protected against the severe form of COVID-19.”
