KALIBO, AKLAN – Four students will be facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 after being caught in the middle of a pot session in Brgy. Tambak, New Washington, Aklan.
Major Frenzy Andrade of Provincial Drugs Enforcement Unit (PDEU)-Aklan identified the suspects as Robby Prayl Tabulinal Doque, 20, Von Gielo Ambrocio Rebenito, 19, Kenno Dave Dela Torre Supetran, 19, and Angelo Vrian John Agustin Pabayo, 23.
In an interview of Bombo Radyo Kalibo with Maj. Andrade, he said that Tabulinal was the main subject of the operation conducted by Aklan PPO PDEU, New Washington PNP, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Highway Patrol Group (HPG).
The authorities recovered three sachets of marijuana and P3,000 buy-bust money.
Tibulinal used to sell narcotic drugs to students from different schools.
