The authorities confirmed 5 dead and 8 people injured in the shooting incident that happened in Louisville, Kentucky.
A 25-year-old bank employee identified as Connor Sturgeon started firing at the Old National Bank on East Main Street around 8:30 in the morning.
The victims were Joshua Barrick, 40; Juliana Farmer, 45; Tommy Elliott, 63; James Tutt, 64 and Deana Eckert 57-year-old.
Further, one of the injured victims was a fresh graduate police officer and is currently in critical condition as he was shot in the head.
After the incident, a lot of police officers were in the area blocking off the street.
