The rich history of the Lakers was completely revived as they now tied the Boston Celtics for most NBA championship titles with 17.
LeBron James was the top performer as he is with his 11th Finals triple-double scoring 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists.
He was also hailed as the Finals MVP, his fourth.
Co-star Anthony Davis added 19 points as well as Rajon Rondo who came off the bench.
The purple and gold demonstrated motivated basketball after failing to end the Finals in Game 5.
Right from the tip-off, the Lakers were locked in both ends. Miami found no answer to the onslaught as the favored team led as much as 36 points.
