TUGUEGARAO CITY – Cagayan Valley Medical Center (VCMC) will be sending psychologists that would conduct debriefing with residents of Itbayat, Batanes who suffered from trauma after the said town was jolted by a magnitude 5.9 earthquake on Saturday.
In an interview of Bombo Radyo with Dr. Glenn Matthew Baggao, CVMC medical center chief, said that residents of Itbayat should undergo debriefing after the incident.
Eight orthopedic surgeons from Basco General Hospital on Sunday brought medical supplies while onboard the C-130 plane of Philippine Airforce.
Baggao added that CVMC will send more doctors and nurses on Monday to assist 63 injured residents who suffered from broken arms after debris fell from their houses.
