LEGAZPI CITY – Peter Joemel “Bikoy” Advincula attended the hearing at the Legazpi Regional Trial Court Branch 5 in connection with his cyber libel case.
A cyberlibel case was filed by Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co, Bicolano businessman and owner of Misibis Bay Resort, that Bikoy tagged as one of the operators of illegal drugs in Bicol region. He also alleged that a basement inside the Misibis Resort and Hotel Management Inc., which Co owns, was being used as a drug laboratory.
However, information disseminated regarding the said hearing were only limited.
A healthy Bikoy showed up at the court after being rushed to the hospital last week due to chest pain.
