Peter Joemel ‘Bikoy’ Advincula is now under the custody of Philippine National Police in Camp Crame.
Advincula, who introduced himself as ‘Bikoy’, is the hooded figure who accused the Duterte administration, as well as the President’s family, of being linked to narcotics trade in several videos.
Bikoy turned himself in to the Northern Police District on Wednesday and was then turned over to the Philippine National Police headquarters at Camp Crame.
Earlier this month, he asked for a free legal assistance from Integrated Bar of the Philippines but it was denied by the group of lawyers.
Advincula, whose credibility has been questioned by people, revealed that everything he said in IBP was all “fabricated”. He also said that Sen. Antonio Trilanes IV is behind the production of the said video. (with reports from Bombo Analy Soberano)
