MANILA – Tuluyan nang humina si Tropical Storm “Bising” habang papalabas sa teritoryo ng Pilipinas.
Batay sa severe weather bulletin ng Pagasa nitong alas-11:00 ng gabi, huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 1,175-kilometers silangan ng Extreme Northern Luzon.
“Tropical cyclone winds of at least strong breeze to near gale in strength extend outward up to 500 km from the center of the tropical storm.”
Kumikilos si “Bising” sa direksyon ng silangan timog-silangan ng 20-kilometers per hour.
Ang lakas ng hangin nito ay nasa 75-kilometers per hour, habang ang pagbugso ay nasa 90-kilometers per hour.
Ayon sa Pagasa, asahan pa ang katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na alon ng dagat sa northern at eastern seaboards ng Northern Luzon; at eastern seaboards ng Central and Southern Luzon.
“Mariners of small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over these waters. Inexperienced mariners of these vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.”
Inaasahang bukas ng umaga, April 25, tuluyang lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) si “Bising.”
“It is forecast to completely transition into a gale-force extratropical cyclone outside the PAR between tomorrow evening and Monday (26 April) morning.”
