Inanunsyo ni Bobby Ray Parks Jr. na hindi raw muna ito maglalaro sa nalalapit na season ng Philippine Basketball Association dahil sa personal na kadahilanan.
“It is with a heavy heart that I will have to excuse myself and not partake in this year’s PBA season due to personal reasons which in particular, my family,” saad ni Parks sa isang Instagram post.
“It was not an easy decision to make, especially since I’ve been in constant talks with TNT management, but right now, this is what’s best for me and my family,” he added.
Mabigat man ang naging pasya nito, nagpasalamat si Parks sa TNT at umaasang makakabalik ito sa koponan sa oras na maayos na ang lahat sa buhay niya.
“I will always be grateful for the opportunity to represent TNT and be part of such a special team and culture,” anang TNT Tropang Giga guard
“Hopefully one day, once everything is resolved, I can come back to the team and help bring a championship to TNT.”
Noong Nobyembre nang maghari si Parks sa statistical points race makaraang matapos ang semifinals ng ika-45 season ng PBA.
Pumoste ng average na 22.5 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists at 1.3 steals per game si parks na nagtapos na may 38.3 statistical points.
