NAGA CITY – Local authorities from Camarines Sur confirmed that a soon to be bride was included in a tragic accident that left 13 people dead.
The group just came from a “pamamanhikan,†where a man and his family will meet his future wife’s family to formally ask for their permission.
In an interview of Bombo Radyo Naga, P/CMSgt. Victor Quinao, San Fernando Police investigator, identified the bride-to-be as Bea Lusilo Morales, who also lost her right foot.

According to Quianao, Morales was riding on the truck together with the other victims while her fiancé luckily survived the road accident as he chose not to join the overloaded vehicle.
“The truck lost control and rolled over, throwing off some of the passengers while others were crushed,” Quinao said. (with report from Bombo Naga and edited by Bombo Sol Marquez)
