A 43-year-old Filipino businesswoman died after she underwent a liposuction procedure in Makati City last week.
Makati Police Deputy Chief Maj. Gideon Ines identified the victim as Norie Bobadilla from Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
While the doctors who conducted the said procedure were identified as Dr. Claudine Roura and Dr. Katrina Bulseco, an anesthesiologist.
Based on reports, Bobadilla was brought to Paranaque Doctors Hospital right after the procedure.
The victim passed away a few days after being admitted in the hospital.
The two suspects shouldered the hospital expenses and spoke with the victim’s family.
However, Bobadilla’s family is preparing to sue Contours Advanced Face and Body Sculpting clinic located at Paseo de Magallanes.
