CENTRAL MINDANAO- Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, binisita ang lalawigan ng Cotabato para pangunahan ang distribusyon ng 3,524 na Certificate of Land Ownership Awards (CLOAs) and E-Titles sa Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries ng Region XII sa Cotabato Provincial Gymnasium, Amas, Kidapawan City.
Kasama ni DAR Sec Estrella sa pamimigay ng nasabing CLOAs si Cotabato 2nd Dist. Board Member Ryl John C. Caoagdan bilang kinatawan ni Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza, 2nd District Representative Rudy S. Caoagdan, Alamada Mayor Jesus N. Sacdalan, DAR- FOO Undersecretary Atty. Kazel Caasi Celeste, MARDO Undersecretary Amihilda J. Sangcopan, PPRO Assistant Secretary at National Project Director – SPLIT Engr. Joey G. Sumatra, Regional Director Marianne S. Lauban-Baunto at iba pang mga opisyal mula sa katuwang na mga ahensya ng Land Registration Authority, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), World Bank, Land Bank of the Philippines, Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
