The Department of Health (DOH) has confirmed the third case of 2019 Novel coronavirus (2019-NcOv) in the Philippines.
Health Undersecretary Eric Domingo said that a 60-year old Chinese woman from Wuhan, China — the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak — has tested positive.
The confirmed case arrived in Cebu via Hong Kong in January. She then traveled to Bohol where she went to a hospital for consultation on Jan. 22 after experiencing fever.
