Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go has confirmed that President Rodrigo Duterte will reveal the names of police officers linked in the recycling of illegal drugs after his visit to Russia.
Go said the president already had in his hand the list and is just waiting for the right time when to announce the names of the said “ninja cops.”
“Si Pangulo naman ay tinitingnan at pinapakinggan ang lahat. Hawak na niya ang listahan. Inaantay na lang natin ang tamang panahon na kanya itong ilalabas,” said Go.
Duterte is set to meet with Russian Vladimir Putin on Oct. 1-5.
Before this, he already warned the erring cops that they will “die first.”
Meanwhile, Sen. Ricahrd Gordon assured that Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong will also reveal the names of all ninja cops he already bared in an executive session at the Senate last week.
On Tuesday, all erring police officials involved in the controvery are set to face the Senate hearing.
