“The ECs are directed to activate their Emergency Restoration Organization (ERO) on 5 May 2022. On the same day at 7:00 am, they shall start the 24-hour Power Situation Monitoring continuing until 12 May 2022 or until the termination or conclusion of the canvassing of votes and proclamation of winning candidates,” bahagi ng statement ng NEA. “With or without power interruptions, the ECs are to submit reports to the respective NEA Power Task Force Election 2022 Power Situation Monitoring Teams twice daily. Major incidents of power interruptions shall be reported immediately and shall be then included in the periodic reporting.”
