KORONADAL CITY – Investigation is still ongoing regarding the killing of a former barangay official’s wife at Brgy. Topland, Koronadal City.
Teotico Peliño, incumbent Brgy. Topland kagawad, identified the victim as Sheryl Cahapay, of legal age and wife of ex-barangay kagawad Glen Cahapay.
According to Peliño, due to some residents curiosity why the family’s store have not yet opened they immediately reported it to the authorities.
When aouthorities entered the house, blood were spilled all all over the floor, beneath the bed.
There were also indications of the victim’s head being smashed by a bottle.
Multiple angles are looked upon while the to-be-identified suspect is believed to be their son.
