Nagpadala ng imbitasyon kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang quad committee ng House of Representatives na nag-iimbestiga sa mga kaso ng extrajudicial killings matapos ipatupad ang war on drugs campaign ng nakaraang administrasyon.
Ang imbitasyon ay may petsang Oktobre 18, 2024 at pirmado ni House Committee on Dangerous Drugs chairman Robert Ace Barbers, ang overall chair ng quad committee.
Iniimpormahan ng imbitasyon si Duterte kaugnay ng isasagawang pagdinig alas-9:30 ng umaga sa Oktobre 22 sa People’s Center Building ng Kamara de Representantes sa Batasan Complex, Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
“In this regard, the Joint Committee respectfully invites you to attend the said inquiry to provide valuable insights and shed light on the issues under discussion particularly on extra-judicial killings,” sabi ng imbitasyon.
Nauna ng sinabi ni Duterte na siya ay dadalo sa pagdinig ng Kamara.
Hindi naman dumalo si Duterte sa mga naunang pagdinig ng komite.
