On March 6, a 27-year-old Filipino-American woman died in Daly City, California, after being shot to death by her partner in front of their two small children.
Frances Kendra Lucero was identified as the victim.
Lucero suffered four bullet wounds after her 27-year-old partner Romier Narag allegedly shot her.
According to the Daly City Police Department’s investigation, the two had a heated argument on their way home from a family dinner on March 6.
The suspect allegedly became enraged and drew his 9-mm handgun, shooting the victim.
