CENTRAL MINDANAO- Inilatag na ng Gender and Development-Focal Point System (GAD-FPS) ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Midsayap Cotabato ang ibat ibang Gender and Development Programs para sa susunod na taon sa nabanggit na bayan.
Kabilang sa mga naturang programa ay ang Continuous Programs and Activities for Indigenous Peoples and Muslims; Skills Trainings and Seminars for Organized Groups (Civil Society Organizations); Skills Trainings and Seminars for Organized Womens Groups; Aid to Civil Society Organizations; Buntis Congress; Adolescent Health Roll-Out Activity; Strengthening the Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS through Comprehensive Health Education for Adolescents in Four Barangay (School-Based) Program; Renal Disease Control Program; Coverage of Treatment and Procurement of Medications for Mentally-Ill Patients; Improvement of Health Programs in Different Barangays; Support to Municipal Epidemiologic Surveillance Unit; Logistical Support to Barangay Nutrition Scholar in Data Gathering and Survey on the Nutritional Status of Children in the Barangays; Solid Waste Management Program; Support to Child Development Services: Operating ECCD-DCC/CDC Programs; Operation of the Center for Girls/Women In Crisis; Scholarship Program for Indigent and Deserving Students/Pupils; Pre-Marriage Orientation; Support to Solo Parents Club Federation; Development Program Intervention for Out of School Youth; Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) of the Rural Health Unit-Level for People Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) of Midsayap (Batch 6); Community-Based Rehabilitation Program Evaluation-Commencement Exercises of PWUDs and PDL Batch 6; CBRP for Recovering Drug Dependents or PWUDs and Released Prisoners of LGU Midsayap through Skills Training and Modular Sessions; Strengthening the Task Force Magdalena; Advocating the Anti-Bullying of Mobilizing the Filipino Youth and Pupils Towards Responsible Social Networking; Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Emerging and Re-Emerging Infectious Diseases through Intensified Health Education Campaigns at iba pang organization-focused programs.
Ayon kay Sangguniang Bayan Secretary at GAD Focal Person Mila Bayog, nasa P18,537,512 ang pondong gagamitin mula sa GAD Budget for 2021 para sa naturang mga programa.
Ani Bayog, ipapasa pa sa Provincial Planning and Development Office ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Cotabato at susuriin din ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG-North Cotabato) ang GAD Plan and Budget ng bayan.
Samantala, nagpasalamat si Committee on Gender and Family Chairman Councilor Chelin Monica Araรฑa sa suporta ng mga miyembro ng GAD Multi-sectoral Council para sa mga inisyatiba ng LGU-Midsayap na may kinalaman sa Gender and Development.
