Following the recent policy of the DOTr, driver-partners and passengers are strictly required to wear face shields and face masks throughout the trip.

Driver-partners can likewise cancel bookings should the passenger fail to wear the required facemask and face shield.

Cashless payments in public transportation, GrabCar passengers are still required to pay cashless through GrabPay, Debit Card, or Credit Card, to book a ride.
