Overwhelmed at excited ang 23-year-old nurse at beauty queen na si Dean Dianne Balogal ng Baguio City ilang araw matapos siyang koronahan bilang kauna-unahang Hiyas ng Pilipinas Tourism World 2022.
Sa exclusive interview ng Star FM Baguio sa Negros-native at Baguio-based pageant titleholder, inamin nitong hindi niya inasahang masusungkit nito ang isa sa mga korona ng inaugural edition ng Hiyas ng Pilipinas.
Looking forward rin ito sa magaganap na Miss Tourism World sa bansang England sa Disyembre ngayong taon.
“I’m still overwhelmed with all the emotions. I wasn’t really expecting it. I’m just excited to, you know, experience the whole competition, meet the girls from different countries, and experience the culture there. Of course, I want to also bring pride to our country as it is also my first international pageant.”
May mensahe rin ito sa lahat ng mga taong sumuporta sa kaniya.
“I would like to thank everyone who supported me in my journey. I would like to thank everyone who came from different cities [to Cebu] just to support me.”
