“We are facing a severe shortage of these personal protection devices. The situation varies from state to state. The private institutions are relatively better placed. This shortage is being tackled by the government. The shortage will be long lasting and the shortfall would be covered up in a month’s time, and by that time, the infection would have increased.”

“There is a nationwide lockdown in India. That is one of the good things of the corona infection. We have been seeing clear skies, smokeless days, the water is clearer. We have seen wild animals on the road sides in all states of India.”

“Stay updated. That is the most crucial aspect for a health care worker. We are medical people. Be brave. Be safe. Protect yourself. If you are safe, your patients are safe. If your patients and yourself are safe, then your family is safe. As a medical worker, it is your duty that you are healthy so that you can take care of others.”
