The Department of National Defense (DND) is only waiting for a full report regarding the incident at the Government Arsenal in Lily, Bataan yesterday.
Arnel Rafael Depakibo, Director of Government Arsenal, said the explosion occurred in the Primer Composition Mixing Facility of Explosives Division while preparing to contain the bullets of caliber 45 guns.
Two of its staff were confirmed to have died with Ricardo Solomon and Marvin Tatel while two others were injured identified as Mareldo Rodriguez and Allan Wisco.

While the Government will also respond to the cost of treating their injured personnel.
The incident continued to be conducted and Arsenal’s leadership has also been charged with doing increased currency so that the incident could no longer be repeated.
