ILOILO CITY – Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines Rafael Harpaz insures better ties Philippines and Israel.
Harpaz’s statement was made after his visit in Iloilo City with his wife Shulamit Harpaz.
In an interview with Bombo Radyo Iloilo the ambassador said that the Israeli Government is keen in reaching out economies for developing allies by providing aids and tourist promotion.
Harpaz reiterated that their country is open for foreign workers.
In 2013, the Israeli Government poured foreign donation and relief assistance when Typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines. He also reminisced how President Manuel Roxas gave support in the United Nations Resolution 181. The former president also accepted the Jewish refugees during Holocaust.
