A three-team trade is rumoured to happen before the NBA restart its season headlined by Jrue Holiday and Kevin Love.
According to reports the Los Angeles Lakers are open to trade Kyle Kuzma, Danny Green, Quinn Cook, and a future draft pick to acquire one of the league’s best two-way player, Jrue Holiday of the New Orleans Pelicans.
However, the Lakers players will be going to the Cleveland Cavaliers as part of the three-team trade and then will send their superstar Kevin Love to the Pelicans.
The rumor is labelled costly for the Lakers who will be throwing away pieces from their role players which means heavier responsibilities for their main guys, Anthony Davis, LeBron James and Holiday if acquired.
Chemistry will also be an issue for the trade as they won’t have enough time to jell as the restart is quickly approaching, not to mention that there are few regular season games left.
On the other hand, Pelicans will have better frontcourt that could help their rookie, the first overall pick, Zion Williamson.
This means that Lonzo Ball will be the one controlling the helm while Brandon Ingram remains as their number scorer.
