Vasyl Lomachenko has already set his eyes on the history he will make when he faces fellow champion Teofimo Lopez Jr., for the lightweight unification match set on October 17.

The WBA, WBC, WBO and The Ring champion, Lomachenko, said he will not hold back against the IBF champ Lopez.

“I am definitely not going to feel sorry for him. If I get a chance to cause him pain, I am going to do it,” Lomachenko said.

Currently he has a professional record of 14 wins including 10 knockouts and one defeat.

He has fewer matches but he is already the top lightweight boxer.

Lomachenko is a two-time Olympic gold medalists.

Also, he is considered as one of the best amateur boxers of all time that’s why it was no surprise he is dominant in the professional rank.

Despite all the accolades, what motivates Lomachenko ahead of the fight is the bad blood he has against Lopez.

“That is just it. I do not personally like the guy. When that day comes when we fight, I cannot wait. I cannot wait to knock his head off and that is just that,” he told.

However, Lopez is not to be underestimated as he is also unbeaten at 15 wins with 12 knockouts.

The battle for the unified lightweight champion is a battle between two undefeated champions that has a little temper for each other.

A very interesting match to see.
