Malaking bahagi na ng Luzon ang isinailalim sa tropical cyclone wind signal number one dahil sa bagyong Jenny.
Kabilang sa mga ito ang: Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province , Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal, northern portion ng Quezon kasama ang Polillo Islands, Cavite, Laguna, Camarines Norte, northeastern portion ng Camarines Sur at Catanduanes.
Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 395 km silangan hilagang silangan ng Virac, Catanduanes o 525 km silangan ng Daet, Camarines Norte.
Kumikilos ito nang pakanluran sa bilis na 25 kph.
Taglay ng sama ng panahon ang lakas ng hangin na 55 kph at may pagbugsong 70 kph.
Inaasahan ang landfall sa Aurora-Isabela sa area mamayang gabi o bukas ng umaga.
“JENNY” is forecasted to make landfall in Aurora tonight or tomorrow early morning. Intensification into a Tropical Storm before landfall remains less likely, but not ruled out.
