The Manny Pacquiao-Errol Spence Jr. fight may have been canceled, but it doesn’t mean they can’t negotiate once again to make it finally happen.
While the eight-division world champion hinted on ESPN Knockout that it might be the last fight if given a chance to do one more, he would still face the best before calling it a career.
“I don’t know if this is going to be my last [time in the ring], we are going to see fight by fight,” the Filipino icon said.
“But if I have the possibility of making one more fight, then I would like to face the best — either Terence Crawford or Errol Spence.”
Pacquiao is already 42 years old, and he has been fighting for the last four decades with a current record of 62 wins, seven losses, two draws, with 39 knockouts.
Come Sunday morning, will he be able to add another win and a possible knockout?
Pacquiao hasn’t been able to knock out an opponent for a while now.
