”The Rio Grande River that divides Texas and Tamaulipas state was about to overflow yesterday because the federal goverment wouldnt let the CONAGUA open the gates to let the River go to the Ocean. Most of the city is still underwater. The mayor and the governor of the state have order the ARMY and NAVY to stay here to pump water out of the houses
There has been looters that enter the under water houses at night to steal what they can. On top of all that we still have Covid cases rising as our town has the mayority of the cases in the state because we are a border town. The power and water companies have been working non stop and now most of the city has the service but to get purified water you still need to get in line and wait for a long time. We have a storm threating us right now. We had some storms left over from hurricane Hannah but gladly they all seem to have pass now, citizens and local bussines have come together to bring food, water and all thats neccesary to the affected areas” pahayag ni Daniela Moles sa Star FM Bacolod.
