Excited na ang buong Miss Universe Philippines organization sa magiging laban ng pambato ng bansa na si Celeste Cortesi sa Miss Universe pageant bukas.
Nakapanayam ng Star FM Baguio si Albert Andrada, ang Design Council Head ng Miss Universe Philippines, at ibinahagi nito na patikim pa lang ang ipinakita ng 25-year-old Filipino-Italian beauty queen sa preliminary competition.
“Well, she did a great job [but I know she’ll show more]. She’s reserving it for the finals. The way she walked, the way she presented herself, it was so perfect already!” ani Albert Andrada.
Sinabi rin nito ang mga katangiang nakikita niya na magpapanalo kay Celeste.
“Talagang her edge is her beauty. She is really, really beautiful. When she talks, hindi yung parang scripted siya. You’ll feel that she’s very sincere with her answers, and that’s what they’re looking for. Somebody who’s going to be a leader as Miss Universe.” dagdag pa niya.
Samantala, may imbitasyon at mensahe rin ito sa lahat ng fans ni Celeste at ng Miss Universe.
“Ang masasabi ko sa mga fans, is we just have to be one in prayer that Celeste will win this crown, not only for herself, not only for the Philippines, but also for the glory of God. We just have to be one as Filipinos. Sana matapos na rin yung mga bashing kahit sa ibang candidates. Let’s just show the world, or the universe rather, that we, Filipinos, respect other nationalities as well. It’s not competing, but it’s about competing with whom you love, competing of what you want, and competing of what you’re passionate with.”
Tatangkaing iuwi ni Celeste ang 5th crown ng Pilipinas sa Miss Universe 2022 sa New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, kung saan ipapasa na ni Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu ng India ang kaniyang korona.
