The National Basketball Association (NBA) hammered down big suspensions to Orlando Magic’s Mo Bamba and Austin Rivers of the Minnesota Timberwolves after their recent physical altercation.

Orlando’s big man has been slapped with four game suspensions while the veteran guard will serve a three-game ban.

Based on several footage and replays, the incident started after Bamba, who was on the bench, talked trash on Rivers missed a triple.

The verbal exchange continued and in the waning minutes of the third quarter, the fuse of both players broke resulting in a brawl.

Both were tossed out of the game along with Jalen Suggs, Taurean Prince, and Jaden McDaniels. However, none of them will be suspended.

Prior to the Bamba-Rivers collision, Donovan Mitchell and Dillon Brooks went at each other as well.

Brooks, who saw throwing a cheap shot that got Mitchell furious, got suspended for a game while the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar will have to pay a fine.
