“Despite its new design, My.SSS retains the important features found in the old design. Members must not worry that it will take time to learn how to navigate the portal. The process of checking their contributions and membership records or making online transactions remains the same,” paliwanag pa ni Ignacio. “We are shifting our core and business processes to further improve our services to SSS members. In the coming months, other benefit claim applications such as the unemployment benefit will also be made available online as well as other programs like the Pension Loan Program (PLP). We are committing ourselves in fast-tracking the digital transformation of SSS in the coming years.”
-generate Payment Reference Number (PRN)/Statement of Account (SOA)
