MANILA – Napanatili ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) ang certification nito mula sa prestihiyosong International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
“The Office of the Vice President maintains its certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), as it strives to continue delivering quality public service to the Filipino people,” ayon sa press release.
Matagumpay na nakapasa ang OVP sa recertification audit, matapos suriin ang kanilang quality managament system sa ilalim ng ISO 9001:2015.
May validity na tatlong taon ang isang ISO recertification. Unang natanggap ng opisina ni Vice President Leni Robredo sertipikasyon noong 2017.
“With this, the OVP continues to be among the national government agencies in the Philippines that have secured the certification, sought by organizations in various fields worldwide to set their standards of quality for products and services.”
Sa isang closed meeting noong Lunes, ipinaabot daw ng TÜV Rheinland ang pagkilala sa umusgong pang management system ng OVP.
Pati na ang tapat na serbisyo publiko, at mga adbokasiya bago at habang nasa gitna ng COVID-19 crisis ang bansa.
Ang TÜV Rheinland ay isang kilalang institusyon na sumusuri sa quality management ng mga pribado at pampublikong institusyon o organisasyon.
Nagpasalamat si Robredo sa mga staff ng kanyang tanggapan dahil sa kanilang katapatan sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa masa.
