The “Golden Boy” Oscar De La Hoya is loving the idea of a boxing comeback for a charity that was started by former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
However, his return will likely to be decided on how Tyson will perform on his comeback.
“I think coming back for charity is awesome. I actually want to see what Tyson does first. And I have been working out, and I have been training and I have been staying in shape,” the former rival of Manny Pacquiao said.
The Mexican last fight was against Pacquiao in 2008 where he ended up losing.
Currently, he is the head of the Golden Boy Promotions with several big names under him.
De La Hoya is the newest addition of former boxers who expressed their intention to come back after Tyson made the announcement.
