Tumulong din ang mga local government unit sa lugar na Legazpi City at Daraga DRRMO, Daraga Public Safety Officers, Legazpi City 911 Command Center, Albay Provincial Safety and Emergency Management Office, at Legazpi City Police Station and Community Police Stations.
Samantala, namahagi rin ang opisina ng bise presidente sa ilan pang kalapit na lugar gaya ng Ems Barrio, Lapu-Lapu, Bitano, at sa mga apektadong mga estudyante mula sa Bicol University Legazpi and Daraga campuses.
