COCAINE GUBAT SORSOGON
P200 million cocaine recovered in Gubat, Sorsogon

Forty blocks of suspected cocaine were fished out in the waters of Brgy. Bagacay, Gubat, Sorsogon.

In an exclusive interview of Bombo Radyo Legazpi with Maj. Jim Jeremias, chief of Gubat Municipal Police Station, the said cocaines were found by three fishermen–Melvin Gregorio, Loubert Ergina, and John Mark Nabong–floating around 2pm and were placed inside 12 boxes.

Philippine National Police is expected to confirm if these boxes are parts of the recovered cocaines in Pacific Ocean and where they came from.

Since February, cocaine bricks are being found floating near Philippine waters wherein 37 blocks of these illegal drugs were found in Dinagat Islands. (with reports from Bombo Radyo Legazpi)
