Ipinagmamalaki ng Marcos administration na nakalikom ito ng sapat na official development assistance financing at grants mula sa development partners ngayong 2024, para sa malalaking proyekto sa ilalim ng build better more program.

Ayon sa Department of Finance ngayong taon ay lumagda sila ng 12 financing agreements na nagkakahalaga ng P333.42 billion pesos, para sa mga proyekto sa imprastraktura, transportasyon, depensa, digital technology, kalusugan, at agrikultura.

Kabilang dito ang third tranche ng financing para sa Metro Manila Subway Project, at kasunduan para sa dalton pass east alignment alternative road project, Bataan-Cavite interlink bridge project, Samar pacific coastal road II project, Laguna lakeshore road network project, new dumaguete airport development project, maritime safety capability improvement project phase III, at infrastructure for safer and resilient schools project.

Samantala nalikom din ang gobyerno ng P4.34 billion pesos na halaga ng grants, para sa 13 proyekto kabilang ang capacity development ng public utility vehicles sa metro manila at adjoining areas, pagtatatag ng AI based flood forecasting and warning system sa Laoag river basin, master plan on comprehensive sewerage system development sa metro Cebu, partnership for peace and development sa Mindanao, at integrated urban climate action for low-carbon and resilient cities project.
