Umalma si Camarines Sur Rep. LRay Villafuerte sa tapyas na P386-milyon para sa infrastructure project sa kanyang probinsya sa ilalim ng bersyon ng Kamara ng P4.5-trilyong pondo para sa 2021.
Sa isang pahayag, kinumpirma ni Villafuerte na totoo ang pahayag kamakailan ni Sen. Panfilo Lacson na binawasan ang pondo ng mga mambabatas na kaalyado ni dating Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano.
Paglalahad ni Villafuerte, binawasan ang pondo ng P182-milyong budget ng CamSur Expressway; P124-milyon sa CamSur-Albay Diversion Road; at P80-milyon sa Pasacao-Balatan Tourism Highway.
Aniya, ang mga proyektong ito ay sa ilalim ng Build, Build, Build program ng administrasyon ng Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at aprubado rin ng National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) board.
“If the current House leadership claims to be fully supportive of the Duterte administration, why has it slashed the DPWH outlays in the House-endorsed General Appropriations Bill (GAB) for three of the flagship projects in Bicol that were approved by the NEDA Board chaired by the President himself?” giit ni Villafuerte.
Hinimok din nito ang Senado na tingnan nang maigi ang actual allocations ng lahat ng mga congressional districts sa bicameral conference.
Ito ay matapos na mapansin ni Senator Panfilo Lacson ang mataas na alokasyon ng mga kaalyado ni Velasco.
Itinanggi naman ni ACT-CIS party-list Representative Eric Yap ang naturang akusasyon.
