Kinumpirma ni executive secretary lucas bersamin na nagbitiw sa pwesto si DOTR Sec Jaime Bautista.
At ang susunod na magiging secretary ng dotr ay si vivencio vince dizon, epektibo sa february 21, 2024, biernes ng susunod na linggo.
Sinabi ni Bersamin na binigyan na ng otorisasyon ng office of the president si dizon na simulan ang transition sa DOTR sa pakikipag tulungan ng team ni outgoing Secretary Jaime Bautista.
Ayon kay Bersamin, nagbitiw sa pwesto si Bautista dahil sa isyung pangkalusugan.
Sinabi ni PCO Sec Cesar Chavez na 26 years sa government service is Dizon.
Si Dizon ay mayruong extensive experience sa legislature at executive kung saan nagsilbi siya sa panahon ni dating Pang. Rodrigo Duterte.
