Pinangunahan din ng Pangulo at ng First Lady ang awarding ceremony para sa mga nanalo sa “Isang Bituin, Isang Mithiin” nationwide parol-making contest, na nilahukan ng mga estudyante mula sa ibat-ibang state colleges and universities.
Ang Batangas State University ang nanalo ng PhP1-million grand prize, second placer ang University of Northern Philippines na may PhP500,000 cash prize, 3rd placer ang Bohol Island State University na may PhP250,000 cash prize.
Ang tatlong top 3 winner ay nakatanggap din ng laptop at mobile phone showcase bukod sa natanggap nilang cash prize.
Ang nasabing state universities and colleges ay nakatanggap din ng photo and video editing package.
Nakatanggap din ang mga eskwelahan ng Canon M50 Camera at 1 DJI Ronin – SC Camera Stabilizer 3-Axis Gimbal, at 1 Insta 360 Flow AI-Powered Smartphone stabilizer.
Sa isinagawang special “online voting” award napunta ito sa Polytechnic University of the Philippines na nakakuha ng highest number ng “heart reactions” sa Facebook kung saan nakatanggap ito ng PhP100,000 cash prize.
