Lumikha ngayon ang Pentagon ng task force na mag-iimbestiga sa mga unidentified flying objects (UFOs) kasunod ng ilang mga hindi maipaliwanag na insidenteng napansin ng US military.
Inilunsad nitong buwan ni Deputy Defense Secretary David Norquist ang Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force upang mapalakas pa umano ang hakbang ng Office of Naval Intelligence.
Sinabi naman ng US Defense Department, umaasa silang mas maiintindihan pa nila ang katangian at pinagmulan ng mga unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).
“The mission of the task force is to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security,” saad ng ahensya.
“The safety of our personnel and the security of our operations are of paramount concern. The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report,” dagdag nito.
“This includes examinations of incursions that are initially reported as UAP when the observer cannot immediately identify what he or she is observing.”
Ang nasabing hakbang ay pagpapaigting pa ng mga hakbang upang suriin pa nang husto ang mga UFOs.
Noong 2018 ay sinimulan ng isang Navy task force ang isang informal investigation kaugnay sa naturang mga insidente at nakipag-ugnayan na rin ito sa mga U.S. intelligence agencies.
Nito namang Abril nang isapubliko ng Pentagon ang tatlong videos ng Navy pilots na may nakitang UFOs noong 2004 at 2015. (Fox News)
