Dottie Ardina, representing the Philippines in golf at the Paris Olympics, recently voiced her disappointment regarding the team’s lack of proper uniforms.
In a video shared on social media, Ardina demonstrated how she resorted to using double-sided tape to attach the Philippine logo to her jersey before competing.
“Nasan na ba ang uniform namin, saan na napunta? Dadalawa na lang kami dito, 22 na lang atleta kulang-kulang pa,” Ardina exclaimed, expressing frustration at the situation.
The absence of uniforms left the athletes feeling embarrassed, as they were the only players without proper attire.
Alongside Ardina, Bianca Pagdangan also represents the country in golf at the prestigious event.
