“So when I go back, I’m making the announcement that I am maybe reshuffling the PhilHealth. And I will — itong mga over, nag-overcharge or getting payments for dead or those who are patay na, dead already, certified by the health and yet their name was still in the list getting treatment sa diabetes every week. And so I kind of — was there a kind of checks that you installed? Because if none, then we have fallen short of our duty to really protect the money,” ani Pangulong Duterte.
“And I will maybe order the arrest of — well-being center, ‘yung dialysis… ‘Yung administrative na sinasabi nila, ni Roy kanina that they are initiating investigation and they have 20 days. That’s s*** to me. I’ll tell the NBI: Arrest the idiot. Aand I will bring him to Malacañang and I’ll ask him: Tell me the truth or I’ll throw you to the river. But he will be extricated, we’ll not allow him to be drown.”
