PH athletes parade closing

Sa statement ng SEA Games organizers ipinaliwanag nito ang parangal kay Casugay dahil “for displaying extraordinary concern to a fellow athlete in the midst of competition. Roger Casugay of the Philippines is named Fair Play Athlete for going out of his way to rescue a fellow athlete who got swept by the waves in the heat of the surfing competition in Mona Lisa Point, La Union.”

“The Games are not only about medals. It is about character, resilience, love for one another and shoring up the faith of the person next to you.”

(link: https://www.facebook.com/bomboradyolaunion/videos/429507504620889/ )
