Magkakapalitan lamang ng pwesto ang dalawang heneral, kung saan si Eleazar ang magiging Commander ng Admin Support to Covid-19 Operations Task Force.
Ayon kay Eleazar, epektibo ang pagpapalit ng posisyon nila ni Binag nuon pang December 17, 2020 batay na rin sa naging kautusan ni PNP chief.
