Dream come true pa rin para kay Kathryn Bernardo ang pagkakatanghal sa kanya bilang best actress sa ginanap na 35th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Movies sa Pasay City kagabi.

Ito’y kahit pa tabla ang 23-year-old actress at ang 30-year old singer na si Sarah Geronimo sa naturang parangal.

Ang pagkilala kay Bernardo ay para sa pelikula nitong “The Hows of Us,” habang si Geronimo naman ay para sa kanyang pagganap sa Filipino adaptation ng Korean film na “Miss Granny.”

“It’s okay to dream big. Walang problema. Ang importante is you try and try again kahit na magfail ka just try again. And always remember that you’ll always have a shot in making that dream come true,” bahagi ng acceptance speech ni Kathryn.

Sa panig ni Ogie Alcasid, hindi nito inakala na mabibigyang pansin ng PMPC ang kanyang naging papel sa “Kuya Wes” na kanyang self-produced movie.

Sa acceptance speech ng singer/songwriter, pinasalamatan niya ang kanyang celebrity wife na si Regine Velasquez at tatlong anak na unang naniwala sa kanyang kakayahan.

“God! Amazing ka talaga, this means so much to me. All the glory goes to you our Father,” dagdag nito.

Samantala, iginawad ang Movie of the Year sa 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry na Rainbow’s Sunset.
