May dala itong lakas na hangin na 125 kilometer per hour at pagbugso ng hanggang 150 kph.
Nauna ng naglandfall ito sa San Miguel Island sa Tabaco City, Albay ng 6:10 ng gabi at ikalawang landfall ay noong 6:50 p.m. sa Malinao, Albay.
