GENERAL SANTOS CITY – An inmate of Sarangani Provincial Jail is recuperating at Dr. Jorge P. Royeca Hospital in General Santos City after trying to commit suicide inside his cell.
Bombo Radyo learned that the victim, Troy Pandi-an, 22 years old, tried to kill self by slashing his neck.
The inmate who is facing rape case believed to be suffering from depression so he wanted to end his life, according to his sister Jonalyn.
Relatives of the victim admitted of visiting him only once since he was detained in the said provincial jail last August, 2018.
