NBA champion and 17-year veteran Richard Jefferson is back on the NBA floor, but he is not playing.
The player-turned-analyst has taken a new step in his basketball career by becoming a referee in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which featured the game between the New York Knicks and the Portland Trail Blazers.
Jefferson has been a vibe on social media for trolling fellow NBA players, doing impersonations, etc., and he continues to put a smile on everyone after being mixed up.
At one point in the game, he talked to the crowd and said, “I never get that call once in my career.”
And at the end, Jefferson had nothing but an appreciation of the works of the game referees.
“This is fun. I can see why this is addicting.”
